We specialize in Industrial Litigation, representing a diverse clientele, including employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: $100,000+ annually • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision • Retirement: 401(k) • Time Off: PTO Responsibilities: • Represent clients in court and before government agencies, both in-person and remotely. • Draft legal documents and correspondence and conduct thorough legal research. • Strategize and plan meticulously for clients and cases, ensuring attention to detail in every cases. • Daily use of an electronic case management system (Filevine) to keep files updated and organized. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, not just representation. • Continuously staying informed about Nevada statutes and regulations. • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to meet or exceed monthly billing requirement. Qualifications: • Member in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada. • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Adaptable, flexible, and dependable. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Highly motivated with an interest in Litigation and Administrative Law. • Passionate about our practice areas and exemplify the highest level of response and performance. • Brings A-game (best effort) daily!
