Our client, a leading organization in the HR industry, is seeking an HR Assistant / Coordinator to join their team. As an HR Assistant / Coordinator, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent customer service mindset, and outstanding communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Assistant / Coordinator - Bilingual

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Range: $55,000 annually

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruitment methods to attract potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and interest in the position.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Demonstrated experience with MS Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience in ADP Workforce Now or ATS is preferred.
• Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• At least 3 years in progressive HR duties and responsibilities is preferred.
• BILINGUAL IN MANDARIN CHINESE
