Business Immigration Paralegal - Fort Lauderdale, FL
A reputable immigration firm in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal with at least one to two years of experience . Join a collaborative team and work on a variety of business immigration matters while enjoying a supportive office environment and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and file E-2 visas, I-130 petitions, and other business immigration filings
Assist attorneys with case management, legal research, and document preparation
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure timely filings
Maintain and organize case files, tracking deadlines and case progress
Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the immigration process

Requirements:

1-2 years of business immigration experience (family immigration experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of E-2 visas and I-130 petitions
Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal
Strong client communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
Experience in asylum cases is not required
