BIP US is seeking to grow our US consulting team and are looking for a Houston based
Change Manager , preferably experienced in large scale digital transformations. This is a hybrid role - you will not be required to commute to a Bip US office, but you may be required on site at a client. In addition, you must have a valid US work authorization and must physically reside in Houston or the greater Houston area.
Your Role - Leader of change management initiatives across a diverse portfolio of projects.
- Liaison with senior stakeholders to ensure that change is coordinated from a change perspective, the overall change experience is positive for all those involved, and the business OKRs are achieved. This will include understanding the impact of change on employees, customers, and other stakeholders, and ensuring that change is implemented in a way that minimizes disruption and maximizes adoption.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans, while ensuring alignment to business OKRs, which may include communication plans, listening strategy, training plans, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Meet with project teams to understand the key goals, impacted audiences, potential resistance to change.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that change is implemented in a way that minimizes disruption, maximizes adoption, and ensure business OKRs are achieved.
- Assess the impact of change on employees and other stakeholders and develop plans to mitigate negative impacts.
- Develop and deliver training to stakeholders on change management principles and techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that change management is integrated into project plans, timelines, and alignment towards business strategies.
Your Profile - 6-8 years experience in traditional management consulting
- Passionate about change management and communications
- Track record of success in leading regional/global change management initiatives
- Strong project/program management experience
- Organized and action oriented
- Successful at building alliances and relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Adaptable and able to perform well in a changing environment
- Design thinking skills and ideally agile skills
- Data savvy and can provide meaningful insights in order to inform decisions
- Conversant with project and change management tools
- Preferably certified in change management (e.g., Prosci)
- Direct experience as change management lead on Oracle and SAP implementations
- Able to translate complex technical knowledge into easy-to-understand language
- Able to create infographics which could be used to tell a story
- Familiar with business strategy and able to connect change management plans
- Team leadership through global implementations
- Experience developing business and growing new accounts
- Developed and led in-person and remote training programs
- Worked with global companies and experienced driving change in other global cultures
- Start-up mentality with the desire to grow both with a client and internally at the firm
