Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing secure network solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and access control lists (ACLs).

Configuration and Troubleshooting:

• Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Catalyst switches, routers, and other network devices.

Security Monitoring:

• Monitoring network security events, identifying vulnerabilities, and responding to security incidents.

Policy Enforcement:

• Enforcing network security policies, including access control, data encryption, and traffic filtering.

Cisco Catalyst Center Management:

• Using the Cisco Catalyst Center for automated network configuration, device provisioning, and security management.

Security Assessments:

• Conducting security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the network infrastructure.

Collaboration:

• Working with other IT teams, including network engineers, systems administrators, and security analysts, to ensure a secure and reliable network.
