Your role and responsibilities We are looking for a CPQ Solutions Consultant who is an upbeat professional and who can thrive in an innovative tech environment and collaborate with clients to deliver high quality service and cutting-edge technology solutions and implementations of Oracle Cloud CPQ applications. Key Responsibilities: Effectively manage multiple CPQ Implementation project teams while collaborating with project managers to accomplish client and project goals. Demonstrates very strong technical skills and business process expertise in multiple domains by delivering robust solutions. Exercises independent judgement for business process / technical aspects in very complex implementations. Mentors CPQ team members on CPQ product capabilities, industry leading practices, implementation and business processes. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Influences sales decisions by providing options (scope/cost/time/staffing) for proposed solutions. Effectively influences decisions at the leadership level of customer organizations. Own the design and delivery of Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions that focus on user experience, extensibility, and performance while meeting the customer’s business objectives Effectively design and implement solutions in the CPQ Cloud (BigMachines) platform and related web technologies to meet these customer requirements Presents and demonstrates CX solutions to customers. Effectively influences decisions at the leadership level of customer organizations. This job can be performed from anywhere in the US. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise 10+ years professional experience as a consultant in transportation and IT related field with deep knowledge of the Oracle CX applications. 5+ years professional experience managing large software implementation projects. Demonstrated experience in management position(s) with staff and business-line responsibilities. Presents and demonstrates CX solutions to customers. Effectively influences decisions at the leadership level of customer organizations. Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence clients and team members. Excellent English-language business communication (written and verbal) skills, including public-facing, client-facing, and internal-facing experience. Bachelor degree in Business Analytics, Software Engineering or equivalent or relevant work experience required. In-depth knowledge of Oracle CPQ Cloud platform, including configuration, pricing rules, workflows, and integrations. Oracle certifications in CPQ Cloud or related areas are highly desirable. Preferred technical and professional experience Experience with eCommerce and CRM solutions is a plus.
