TRC is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Marietta, GA! 

Job Details:

• M-F 8:30am - 5:30pm 
• Pay: $18.00/hr
• Temp to hire 

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative handles the day-to-day servicing of existing customers, including answering calls/emails, coordinating installations, verifying completed work, and managing work orders and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review emails and OPS requests, confirm installation dates with the installation manager, and respond to customers with updates
• Assess After-Hours Requests and follow up on pending work orders
• Contact properties for updates on work orders that are on hold, ensuring timely follow-ups or cancellations.
• Answer customer inquiries, assist with scheduling, verify completed work, create estimates, and manage customer requests
• Upload invoices to customer portals or email to accounts payable contacts and maintain organized records.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Qfloors, OPS) preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus not a requirement
