Linked Light Pulse is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events from start to finish. This position requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• 
  Plan and execute events from concept to completion

• 
  Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met

• 
  Manage event budgets and timelines

• 
  Conduct site visits and pre-event meetings to ensure logistical accuracy

• 
  Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown

• 
  Monitor event performance and provide post-event reports and evaluations

• 
  Ensure events are aligned with brand goals and client expectations

• 
  Resolve any on-site issues quickly and effectively

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field

• 
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role

• 
  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• 
  Strong communication and negotiation skills

• 
  Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected challenges

• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools

• 
  Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
