Responsibilities:Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue federal contracting opportunities.Lead the proposal development process, ensuring compliance with all solicitation requirements and deadlines.Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, project requirements, and evaluation criteria.Write compelling and comprehensive proposals that effectively communicate our capabilities and value proposition.Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather relevant information and inputs.Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to established guidelines.Manage proposal schedules and milestones to ensure timely submission.Stay updated on federal procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.Requirements:Proven experience in federal proposal writing, with a successful track record of securing contracts.Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements - FAR (essential requirements)Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and compelling narratives.Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality assurance.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).This position offers the opportunity to showcase your writing skills and contribute to impactful proposals.
