Job Description

FLOWERBX is seeking dependable and well-organised individuals to join our freelancer team who have at least 2 years of experience in event floristry, including a thorough understanding of different flower varieties and their seasonality. You will collaborate closely with our B2B team to deliver exquisite floral arrangements for several of our prestigious clients.

• Proficiency in planning, organising, managing all aspects of floristry event production, and effectively solving problems
• Know how to care for and condition different types of flowers and plants to ensure they stay fresh and vibrant.
• A creative mindset, with a broad interest in both contemporary trends and traditional floristry styles.
• Collaborative individuals who thrive on working with others and building strong relationships.
• Exceptional time management and organisational abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously under tight deadlines while prioritising tasks and maintaining composure under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail.

At FLOWERBX, we implement a comprehensive recruitment process to maintain the highest standards within our teams. Candidates who move forward will first participate in a screening call with our HR Manager, which will be succeeded by an in-person interview and a floristry assessment.

Hourly rate: $30-$40, based on experience FLOWERBX
