Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address clients' Medicare needs with professionalism and empathy.​
• Deliver prompt and efficient service via phone and email communications.​
• Utilize LSF Capital's advanced software to identify optimal plan options for clients.​
• Stay abreast of Medicare regulations and plan options to provide accurate, up-to-date information.​
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and plan selections.​
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on client needs and enhance service offerings.​

Qualifications:

• Active Life Insurance License.​
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Medicare sales or consulting.​
• Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans.​
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.​
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.​
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.​
