Job Description

TRC is looking for an HR Administrator for a client located in Greensboro, NC!

 

What you will get:

  • Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
  • Weekly pay
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity
  • $19-24/hr, DOE

What you will be doing:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Process and maintain employee documentation such as contracts, benefits enrollment, and compliance records.
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, coordinating communication, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, and benefits administration as needed.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, company events, and HR initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

What we need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role or related administrative position.
  • ADP experience highly preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HR software is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
