Job Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Human Resources

• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and managing employee records, particularly for construction roles.
• Handle employee benefits and maintain accurate personnel files.
• Act as a liaison between office staff, field teams, and management to resolve concerns and promote a positive work environment.

Accounting Support

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
• Track financials, including project budgets and expenses.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate job costing and reporting.

Project Management

• Oversee construction project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate communication between field teams, clients, and management.
• Ensure timely project documentation and milestone achievement.

Office Operations

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and day-to-day functions.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and travel arrangements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in office management, project management, or related field, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of job costing, project management, and accounting principles.
• Experience managing HR functions and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction-related software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Additional Information:

• Pay: $55,000-65,000 annually
• Location: In-Office, Eden Prairie
