Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Director of Recruitment at C-Suite Assistants A company that specializes in advanced AI code generation that enhances developer productivity and code quality is looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for their office in San Francisco located near the Salesforce Tower. The office has 20 employees and the business is growing rapidly and is very well-funded. The role will support the CEO and the Head of Operations. The dress code is casual. The role is 4 days in office and 1 day working remotely. About the Job: Vet and prioritize the executive’s emails and draft responses Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Attend meetings and take notes and follow up on action items Planning and executing internal and external meetings and events Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Screen incoming phone calls delivering detailed, timely messages to the appropriate parties Proactively manage daily calendar, identifying and mitigating potential conflicts Keep the CEO on track Schedule and prepare for meetings by organizing agendas Coordinate complex travel arrangements including flights, cars, hotels, and other reservations and manage private aviation to identify and mitigate potential travel disruptions whenever possible Process expense reports Assist with HR; send offer letters and onboard employees Run the office; order supplies and manage any repair issues Ad hoc projects as needed Limited off-hour availability via text About You: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related support position BA/BS from a college or university Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Dynamic and proactive; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
