This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven professional with expertise in supply chain planning, procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation. \n Employment Type: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
\n(Hybrid Role: 3 day’s on-site, 2 day’s remote)
\nPay Rate: $35-$40 Hourly

\n Key Responsibilities:
\n Procurement & Supplier Management \n

\n\t
• Oversee end-to-end purchasing activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.\n\t
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.\n\t
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers, ensuring seamless communication, proactive issue resolution, and a commitment to exceptional customer service to support business objectives.\n

\n Material Planning & Supply Chain Optimization \n\n

\n\t
• Execute MRP strategies, ensuring alignment with production demands and operational goals.\n\t
• Monitor supplier performance, analyzing constraints and resolving bottlenecks to maintain supply continuity.\n\t
• Manage inventory levels, warehouse capacity, and material phase-in/phase-out processes to reduce excess and obsolete stock.\n\t
• Utilize SAP software for real-time visibility into inventory levels, supplier performance, and demand forecasting, ensuring data-driven decision-making and efficient supply chain management\n

\n Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement \n\n

\n\t
• Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams to align material flow with business objectives.\n\t
• Lead initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy, mitigate risks, and drive supply chain efficiencies.\n\t
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements (such as ITAR), and corporate policies.\n

\n What We’re Looking For: \n\n

• Experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain management within a regulated manufacturing environment\n\t
• Strong background in MRP, supplier negotiation, and contract management.\n\t
• Proven ability to analyze data, optimize supply chain processes, and drive cost savings.\n\t
• Exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.\n
