Job Description

As a Income Tax, Tax Manager you will play a crucial role in navigating our clients company through complex tax accounting, planning, compliance, and strategic execution during mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Key Responsibilities:
Tax Provision and Compliance: Assist with the calculation of the tax provision, effective tax rate, taxable income, and deferred tax computations.
M&A Impact Analysis: Model the impact of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions
Information Management: Manage requests for information between the company, external auditors, and external advisors to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Strategic Recommendations: Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations/
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the tax process.
What We Are Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA a plus
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of corporate tax experience.
Preferred: Familiarity with the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
