What You’ll Do:
🔹 Manage inbound and outbound sales efforts from HQ
🔹 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
🔹 Educate clients on custom chemical solutions and perform product demos
🔹 Represent the company at trade events and training sessions
🔹 Use CRM to track activity and ensure a consistent sales pipeline
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of inside sales experience in the chemical industry or closely related field
✅ Strong communication, technical learning agility, and relationship-building skills
✅ CRM proficiency and a consultative sales mindset
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
