The Licensed Mental Health Counselor is responsible for providing psychotherapy and medication management to patients in a virtual setting. This role involves launching or growing a private practice with support from Headway, which offers insurance credentialing, marketing assistance, and flexible scheduling. The counselor must be fully licensed and can provide care remotely or in person while having the autonomy to set their own hours.

Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC
• LPCMH
• LIMHP
