We are currently seeking a licensed real estate agent to join our team at Keller Williams Diamond Partners in Olathe, KS. As a real estate agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties in the Greater Kansas City area.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with clients and help them navigate the real estate market
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties
• Conduct market research to determine property values and market trends
• Market properties through various channels, including online listings, open houses, and networking events
• Negotiate contracts and handle all aspects of the transaction process
• Stay up-to-date with local and national real estate regulations and laws
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the process

Requirements:

• Active real estate license in the state of Kansas and/or Missouri
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Greater Kansas City real estate market
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and legal documents
• Strong negotiation skills
• Comfortable using technology and online platforms for marketing and communication
• Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel throughout the Greater Kansas City area as needed
