Job Description
The Guest Services Specialist at LUX Salon is a key role on our team. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day activities to ensure our clients receive the exceptional salon experience that we pride ourselves in bringing to each and every guest. These responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, processing payments, managing inventory and ensuring that the salon is clean and presentable at all times. You will be working closely with our stylists as well as the stylist's assistants, creating a smoothly run salon.
