KPMG is seeking a Manager, Compensation Strategies (BPG/Business Enablement) to join our Talent & Culture organization. Responsibilities: Serve as an internal consultant and strategic advisor to client groups on all compensation matters, including day-to-day administration and year-end processes. Collaborate with internal business segments and HR Business Advisors on compensation programs. Analyze complex problems related to compensation and provide strategic or tactical solutions. Participate in salary surveys and annual market trend analyses to assess competitiveness, making recommendations aligned with recruiting and retention strategies. Manage benchmarking projects, job evaluations, and analyze market salary data to ensure competitive salary ranges and programs. Qualifications: Minimum six years of recent experience in broad-based compensation, including base pay and variable compensation programs. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. Experience in a consulting environment within high-growth industries such as business or financial services. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to consult with senior leaders and HR partners. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding salary disclosures.
