Must have strong analytical and creative problem solving skills Strong engineering competence, including the ability to learn new technical concepts quickly Demonstrates an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail Good to have exposure to Agile Scrum and other SW development lifecycle Lead, mentor and steer a high energy team of SW engineers to deliver the best outcomes. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Produces code of high quality and reliability with strong quality code metrics.
