With Liberty, you will help people who have developmental disabilities receive vital services so they may live their best lives. What are the responsibilities of a Disabilities / Customer Support Specialist? Engaging in productive phone conversations with people who have developmental disabilities as well as their families and other stakeholders Answering questions and addressing concerns Conveying information about available human services, how to apply for services, and the timeframe for receiving services Documenting details from phone conversations in a computer system Some Customer Support Specialists are also involved in appointment scheduling and request processing activities. Where and when you’ll work: You will work onsite at Liberty’s office at 8850 Emerald Street in Boise, nearby the Boise Towne Square Mall. You will enjoy a collegial and professional office environment and work alongside a team of caring and compassionate health and human service professionals. You have the option to work either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
