What are the responsibilities of a Disabilities / Customer Support Specialist? Engaging in productive phone conversations with people who have developmental disabilities as well as their families and other stakeholders Answering questions and addressing concerns Conveying information about available human services, how to apply for services, and the timeframe for receiving services Documenting details from phone conversations in a computer system Some Customer Support Specialists are also involved in appointment scheduling and request processing activities. You have the option to work either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
