We’re Hiring: North America Sales Manager- Dental and Ortho.

We’re excited to announce an incredible opportunity to join our team as a North America Sales Manager ! This pivotal role combines leadership, strategy, and collaboration across departments like Finance, Customer Service, Operations, Quality, and Marketing to drive sales growth and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve market penetration and revenue targets.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team of 4-10 field representatives.
• Manage sales processes, analyze performance metrics, and optimize digital sales platforms.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers through exceptional account management and business development.
• Represent the company at tradeshows, seminars, and in-person client meetings to close deals and introduce new products.

What We’re Looking For:

• A seasoned sales leader with 8-10+ years of sales management experience, in the Health, Ortho and Dental industries.
• Strong negotiator with a track record of closing deals and achieving top performance.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (Hubspot preferred) to track sales pipelines and optimize results.
• Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven experience managing inside and outside sales teams within the Dental or Ortho industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (MBA a plus).
• Willingness to travel 40-60% to connect with clients and attend industry events.
