The Nurse Practitioner (NP) at Eareckson Air Station (EAS) is responsible for delivering comprehensive medical services in a remote and challenging environment. The NP will provide acute and emergency care, manage chronic conditions, support medical evacuations, and maintain medical records in accordance with federal and state regulations, ensuring the health and safety of all personnel at the station.
The NP is responsible for providing medical oversight, direction, and leadership to the medical staff regarding all areas of healthcare in this remote setting. They will be responsible for the leadership of the medical staff as well as providing status updates to the prime vendor and federal agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Leads quality development and clinical governance agendas including maintaining the Code of Conduct of medical practice, medical record-keeping, infection control standards, emergency response preparedness, medical staff, and patient safety at the facility.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
