Job Description

• Greets and welcomes guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Receives payments from customers and make accurate change.
• Balancing cash and credit card payments.
• Direct guests to parking spaces.
• Control traffic that enters and exits lots.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.

• Cash handling experience.
• Basic working knowledge of food and beverage
• Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money.
• Positive attitude and neat appearance.
• Ability to receive and carry out instructions in a timely manner
• Positive customer service oriented attitude at all times
• Must be able to work standing for the duration of shift
• Understand and follow simple instructions
• Work with minimal supervision
• Tolerant to work under adverse outdoor conditions including extreme heat or cold and exposure to heavy dust and/or dirt.

• Personal and professional initiative, enthusiasm, and dedication to excellence in wide ranging services to clients and guests.
• Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
