Under the direction of the Non-IT Contracts Operations Manager (SSM I), Non-IT Contracts Unit, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is responsible for performing the most complex analytical duties related to the planning, developing, and executing Non-IT Service Contracts. Also, acts as a lead to other Staff Services Analysts (SSAs) and acts as a project leader for the more complex, critical contracts.

This position is subject to Title 16, section 3830 of the California Code of Regulations, the Department of Consumer Affairs’ Conflict of Interest (COI) Regulations. The incumbent is required to submit a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) within 30 days of assuming office, annually by April 1st, and within 30 days of leaving office.
