Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing facility located in Orlando, Florida. This role is responsible for supervising production staff, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring that safety, quality, and production goals are met. The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience in a manufacturing setting and a strong commitment to team development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support production team members to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Monitor daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Track and report on production metrics, including output, quality, and downtime
• Identify and resolve workflow issues to improve productivity and reduce waste
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and inventory teams as needed
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and production metrics
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient with basic computer applications; experience with ERP systems a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Work Environment:

Manufacturing floor environment with exposure to machinery, moderate noise levels, and varying temperatures. PPE is required.
