What You Will Do
  • Develop Project Timelines: Create and maintain project schedules for multiple products, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Facilitate communication with designers, developers, and other team members to align on project goals and track progress.
  • Manage Budgets and Costs: Oversee project budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently and costs stay within approved limits.
  • Monitor and Adjust Plans: Track project progress, make adjustments as needed, and regularly update stakeholders on project status.
  • Identify Risks: Proactively assess potential risks to project timelines, costs, and quality, and take steps to mitigate them.
You'll Know You're a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...
  • Project Management Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in consumer products, entertainment, or related industries.
  • Industry Experience: Familiarity with the board game development process is a plus.
  • Methodology Knowledge: Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and proficiency with tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and documentation with precision.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across teams.
  • Education and Certifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or a related field (MBA is a plus) and PMP or CAPM Certification preferred.
Contract Details
  • Hours: 10-20 hours per week
  • Duration: 3-6 months, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
