Job Description

Are you the kind of person who eats, sleeps, and breathes real estate? Do you thrive on delivering exceptional service, anticipating client needs before they even realize them, and ensuring every transaction runs smoothly from start to finish? If so, we need to talk. Who You Are: • You have real-life experience in real estate—whether you've owned homes, worked in the industry, or managed transactions. You instinctively know what buyers and sellers are feeling and can proactively address their concerns before they arise. • You’re not just about compliance and documentation—you  carry the transaction. You’re the backbone that keeps everything moving forward while making sure clients feel informed, supported, and valued. • Organization is your superpower. You know contracts inside and out, understand how every step of the process connects, and can anticipate challenges before they happen. • You show up  early —to work, to meetings, to life. You believe in being prepared, proactive, and always a step ahead. • Your energy is contagious. You bring the most positive attitude to the team, no matter what challenges arise. • You believe that real estate isn’t an 8-to-5 job. You’re here to serve clients, support the team, and do whatever it takes to make the process seamless and stress-free. • Growth is in your DNA. You’re not looking for a job; you’re looking for a career path. Whether it’s managing more transaction coordinators, becoming a director of operations, or stepping into leadership, you’re hungry to learn, grow, and advance. • You probably have a job you’re good at, but you feel underappreciated. Maybe you’re working with agents who don’t respect your skills, or you’re stuck in a role with no upward mobility. We see you, and we appreciate your talent. • You understand the power of relationships. You leave Google reviews, you connect with people, and you know that what you give comes back to you in return. Why Join Us? We value you. Unlike other teams, we know how critical your role is, and we appreciate the expertise you bring. • We have a vision. This isn’t just a job; it’s a career path with growth opportunities. • We operate at a high level. If you’re successful in your field and want to be surrounded by top talent, this is the place for you. • We take care of our people. You’ll be part of a team that supports each other, works hard, and wins together. If this sounds like you, let’s have a conversation. We’re not looking for just anyone—we’re looking for the best. If that’s you, apply today. Responsibilities: • Managing all transactions and files from contract to close. • Communicating with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and agents to ensure a smooth process. • Anticipating client concerns and addressing them before they become problems. • Staying on top of compliance and documentation, ensuring every detail is correct. • Bringing an unstoppable, positive energy to the team every single day. • Supporting the administrative team and ensuring operations run like a well-oiled machine. Qualifications: Our qualifications are Non-Negotiable (please do not apply if you do not meet all qualifications) : • Minimum of 2 years of current, full-time experience in Transaction Management (real estate only—we’re looking for someone who lives in the details of contracts and closings every day). • Proven track record of managing multiple transactions simultaneously with precision, urgency, and care. • You proactively keep clients happy, informed, and confident. If a client has to ask for something, we’ve already missed the mark —you anticipate their needs before they even know them. • Deep understanding of real estate contracts, timelines, and the full transaction lifecycle. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver who takes initiative. • Strong communication skills—you’re the calm, clear, and professional voice that clients, agents, and vendors count on. • Confident using CRMs, digital file systems, and transaction platforms like Dotloop, DocuSign, Skyslope, etc. • Must work in the office in Nashville (this is not a remote role). • Positive, team-first mindset—we support each other and win as a group. About Company: The Anderson Group Real Estate Services was founded in 2006 and has been consistently ranked in the top 5 in the Southeast region and nationally on REALTrends/Wall Street Journal List of top 1000 Agents in the United States. While accolades are nice, our standards and commitment to clients and agents are what we treasure most. Our Core Values: Giving back - in our community and to those in need around usIntegrity - Do the right thing alwaysAccountability - we hold ourselves to high standards and expect to be held to themTeamwork - We make a bigger impact togetherLearning-based - Status Quo is never enough.
