Job Description

In this role, you will be part of the product management team focusing on delivering exceptional experiences and operational excellence within the travel and aviation sector. Your primary objective will be to define and execute a roadmap that balances three key priorities: 1) delivering a seamless and best-in-class product experience by addressing friction points throughout the customer journey, 2) ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards, and 3) maintaining stability and high performance across critical systems. You will make high-impact decisions and manage tradeoffs between stakeholder needs, new feature development, and technical investments, all while solving problems for customers and partners. What you'll do: Define the product strategy and roadmap, always working backward from the customer. Drive outcomes that align with company and team-level success metrics. Manage multiple complex products end-to-end, from design to delivery, ensuring a consistent and exceptional user experience across all touchpoints. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver quarterly and annual roadmap initiatives. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to identify areas for optimization and enhancement. Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry advancements to identify unique opportunities to deliver value in the travel and aviation space. How you'll measure success: You will develop success metrics for your team. Your top goal is to drive a seamless and delightful customer experience. It is critical to ensure systems maintain high availability, stability, and compliance while empowering internal and external customers to self-serve wherever possible. Partner with stakeholders to identify and execute opportunities that extend value for customers and contribute to the broader ecosystem within the travel and aviation space. What you're great at: 5+ years of experience in product management Proven track record of delivering high-quality, innovative consumer experiences at scale; ideal candidates have experience with the intersection of digital and physical experiences with millions of users. Ability to create a multi-quarter strategy based on customer needs, regulatory requirements, existing stakeholder feedback Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment Familiarity with delivering features to end users and stakeholders that require lead time and coordination due to training, process changes, localized challenges, etc. Deep understanding of user experience across physical experiences and an understanding of real-world use vs hypothetical use. Entrepreneurial, strategic planner with proven ability to drive projects and strong analytical skills Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike Ability to travel up to 10% of the time - as the product manager overseeing a physical experience with millions of users, it is expected that you are onsite during critical releases and at an appropriate cadence to gather feedback from both internal and external customers. The base salary range for this role is $170,000 - $200,000, depending on levels of skills and experience. The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
