The Social Media Manager will develop and execute strategies to grow the brand on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn, targeting a health-conscious, millennial, and Gen Z audience. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytics, and trend-savvy skills to build a dynamic online community and drive brand awareness in the healthcare space. Responsibilities: Content Creation and Strategy : Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the company's brand voice-young, hip, and approachable. Create engaging, on-trend content (posts, reels, stories, and videos) that educates and entertains while promoting healthcare services. Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce visually appealing assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Final Cut Pro. Platform Management : Manage and grow accounts on Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistent posting schedules.
