Position: Senior Manager, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)

• Create and update EHS policies and procedures.

• Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
• Coordinate drills and exercises.
• Respond to incidents and crises.
• Monitor environmental performance.
• Implement sustainable practices.
• Address environmental impacts.
• Maintain accurate EHS records.
• Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure timely submission of documentation.
• Lead investigations into accidents and safety incidents.
• Analyze incidents to identify causes and recommend actions.
• Use incident data for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and community organizations.
• Communicate EHS updates to employees and management.
• Engage employees in safety committees and training sessions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive EHS management experience.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Professional) are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% within the US.
