\n Unit Specifics:\n\nNumber of Beds: 17 bed cardiac critical care unit\nUnit staffing description-11 beds are 1:2 RN: patient ratio, 6 less acute beds are 1:3\nUnit secretary and patient care techs available, pharmacist on the unit.\nType of equipment: cardiac devices including TVPs, IABPs, Impellas (right and left ventricular assist devices), PA/Swan catheters. Other ICU equipment including ventilators and telemetry monitoring\nDocumentation system: Soarian\nScheduling requirements: 12hour shifts, 36 hours/week.\nFloating policy: to areas with competency - AMC has an internal float team that assists with staffing.\nPatient Experience requirements: 2 years of cardiac ICU\nHospital Specifics-\n\nCertifications: Academic Medical Center, Level 1 trauma center (adult); Children’s Hospital within a hospitalMedical Solutions Job ID #882153.
