About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for New Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading an aggressive outbound strategy to acquire new golf facility management agreements and leases, with a focus on cultivating relationships with current and potential landlords. This national role, with a primary emphasis on the coastal markets of the East and West Coast, particularly California, requires a professional with 5 to 7 years of business development experience, and a background in golf, hospitality, or entertainment business development is preferred. The VP will work closely with the operations team, conduct market studies, and travel extensively to meet with potential partners. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus. The role demands a conscientious self-starter with strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple duties, and a high level of accountability. Experience in preparing and responding to RFPs, as well as a background in golf management, restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality operations, is advantageous.
