Responsibilities for the Video Producer :
In this role, you will play a crucial role in crafting visual content that resonates with both internal and external audiences. You will work alongside instructional trainers and project managers within the Brand and Training team to develop engaging multimedia content that supports training initiatives and brand storytelling. The primary focus will be on producing and assisting in the creation of long- and short-form videos and reels that highlight the company’s story through its products, culture, and training programs. Your contributions will help ensure that content is both visually compelling and effectively communicates key messages across various platforms.
Required Skills for the Video Producer:
- 2+ years of experience video editing software (like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Audition) and familiarity with video production workflows.
- Video production experience, including pre-production, filming, and post-production editing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate project updates effectively.
- Proficiency in operating cinema-style and mirrorless cameras, with a foundational understanding of cinematic techniques for video capture.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media content trends, particularly viral video elements across various platforms.
