Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Precision: Prepare accurate and comprehensive tax returns for a wide range of forms, including 1040, 1065, 1120, and more, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled.
• Client Engagement: Maintain regular contact with clients via phone, email, and text to provide updates, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction with the outcomes of their tax returns.
• Document Scrutiny: Review and verify client documents to confirm that all necessary information is complete and accurate.
• Strategic Advice: Offer expert guidance to clients to help them avoid potential liabilities and maximize their tax benefits.
• Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets to drive both personal and team success.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Public accounting or tax resolution experience with a robust understanding of tax laws and financial statement preparation.
• Certifications: CPA, CTEC certification or EA license required, with active PTIN
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency with tax software such as Drake, ProSeries, or Lacerte, and familiarity with Logics or Salesforce.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex tax concepts for clients.

Education & Experience:

• Experience: Experience in preparing and auditing financial statements within a public accounting or tax resolution setting.
