In-Home Therapist Internship Program: Master's level graduates seeking internships are encouraged to apply! Our internship program offers a valuable, hands-on experience while supporting your career development and providing a paid opportunity!

Role Overview:
As an In-Home Therapist, you’ll:
* Provide family therapy services to clients with MassHealth and Commercial insurance.
* Implement targeted interventions to improve family communication, problem-solving, and support.
* Conduct clinical intakes, develop therapeutic goals, and engage with families.
* Manage risk and safety planning, and collaborate with team members.
* Complete necessary documentation and consult with the team regularly.

Qualifications:
*As a Lead Clinician: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Education (with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling/Expressive Arts), Expressive Therapies, Psychology, or Social Work, or relavent degree that qualifies for LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LADC licensures.
* As a Clinical Intern: Completed Bachelor's degree with a relevant major, Master's degree in progress with a relevant major that will qualify for LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, or LADC licensures. 2nd year students encouraged to apply!
* Experience Requirement: At least one year of experience working with children or adolescents in a therapeutic or clinical setting.
