Someone who is mature and polite. Daily duties will be basic housekeeping tasks. They have a company come in for deep cleaning. Someone who can keep the house maintained in between deep cleans, make breakfast/coffee, laundry, make beds, clean up bathrooms and rooms, Grocery shop, prepare dinner, and then clean up after dinner. There is an emphasis on cooking- someone who enjoys grilling is required. The family enjoys grilled meals. They have no pets. Their children are grown and out of the home.
